EVMS
EVMS stands for Escort Vehicle Management System and is being developed as a digital tool for planning, managing and documenting escort vehicle and abnormal transport assignments.
The purpose of EVMS
- Keep order information in one place.
- Make coordination with customers and subcontractors easier.
- Provide a better overview of vehicles, assignments, times and status.
- Reduce manual work and the risk of errors.
A system built on practical experience
EVMS is being developed around the everyday work of escort vehicle operations, abnormal transports and coordination between customers, hauliers, subcontractors and drivers. The goal is not to create a heavy and complicated system, but a simple tool that supports the workflows already used in the industry.
The system is still under development and will initially be tested internally before it may be made available to others.

Status
EVMS is currently a development project. Work is ongoing on features for creating orders, sending confirmations, assigning jobs and recording driving times.
For now, this website serves as a simple information page while the system is being completed.
